When reporting a bug
It helps us fix things faster if your message includes:
Which world or page you were on
Your device, operating system and browser
What you did and what happened; a screenshot if possible

As a small team we can't commit to a fixed response time, but we try to reply as soon as we can. During busy periods it may take a few days.
