Acceptance

VibeWorld is a platform of interactive 3D mood worlds that run in your browser, developed by Liman Yazılım. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the service includes

You can currently explore the worlds for free. There is no account system yet; your progress and preferences are stored only in your browser and are lost when you clear the site's data. We are not responsible for the loss of this data.

The Premium plan shown on the Pricing page is still being planned, and no payments are being taken at this time. Terms for paid features will be announced separately when they launch.

Rules of use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or that infringes others' rights
  • Send automated requests that overload the site, our servers or the AI companion
  • Try to bypass security measures or usage limits
  • Copy, reproduce or redistribute the site or its content for commercial purposes without permission

The AI companion

Replies from the companion characters in some worlds are generated automatically by AI (OpenAI). They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and they do not reflect VibeWorld's views.

  • Replies are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
  • If you're going through a hard time, please reach out to a professional or people close to you.
  • Don't share personal information in the chat.
  • To prevent abuse, the number of messages is limited and messages are checked automatically.

Intellectual property

The worlds, 3D models, textures, text, design and software on the site belong to VibeWorld or its licensors. You may experience the site and take and share screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. Music played in some worlds is embedded from YouTube and belongs to its respective rights holders.

Availability

VibeWorld is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the site will run without interruption or errors. We may change, pause or remove worlds, features and content without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
