This notice is provided under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is VibeWorld. The service is offered from Turkey.
What data do we process?
We have no account system, so we don't collect identity details such as your name, email or password. Your profile, favorites, Memory Book and progress live only in your own browser and never reach us. The data processed on the server side is:
Anonymous usage data: a random visitor and session ID, pages visited, entering and leaving worlds and time spent, referring site, screen size, browser language and country.
Google Analytics 4 data: aggregate usage statistics collected through cookies.
AI chat messages: text you write to a world's AI companion, plus your IP address held briefly in memory to limit abuse.
Technical logs: server logs kept by our hosting provider.
Correspondence: your email address and message, if you email us.
Purposes and legal bases
Running the site, keeping it secure and preventing abuse: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Understanding which worlds people enjoy and improving the service: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Providing the AI companion chat: performance of the service you request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Answering your requests and messages: legitimate interest and legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç, f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c), (f)).
Transfers
Data is shared with providers that help us run the service: Vercel (hosting), Google (Analytics and the embedded YouTube player) and OpenAI (AI replies). Because their servers may be located abroad, data may be transferred outside Turkey and the EU. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR, you have the right to:
Find out whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom data is transferred
Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected
Ask for data to be erased or destroyed, and for recipients to be notified of this
Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis
Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing
Additionally under the GDPR: restrict processing, object, data portability and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Data stored in your browser is not held by us, so you can delete it yourself by clearing the site's data in your browser settings. Records kept under anonymous IDs may not be linkable to you.
How to make a request
Send your request to support@vibeworld.com, clearly describing what you are asking for. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
